ANMS Alum Constantine Finehouse will perform on the Andrew Wolf Concert Series March 7, 2010.
It’s been a long journey from his native St. Petersburg Russia to Café St. Petersburg, Newton for 30 year-old pianist, Constantine Finehouse. A journey Finehouse calculated each step of the way.
Even before immigrating to the US at age 13, Finehouse devoted his life to becoming a career musician. While living in Newton, Finehouse studied piano at the All Newton Music School with Fred Wanger. Through Wanger, Finehouse landed his first professional playing job as accompanist for a Newton ballet studio. The rest of the Finehouse’s young story – although not quite history – includes studies at the New England Conservatory, Julliard, Yale, CD recording, and some impressive collaborations.
Tickets on Sale in September 2009.
